We created projections while on the road in the back of a rented van, unloaded, sprayed the place down in the garage attic of some semi-suburban home, then hopped back in the car and drove straight back to Oklahoma City from Indianapolis. We need a Red Bull sponsorship. I did cam-op and visuals.

BOB WIRE AND THE BARREL RACER

Short animation based on the Legend of Bob Wire children's books by Sam Skinner. I wrote the script, storyboarded, wrangled voice actors, animated, edited, and did sound design in a little under a month, with most of the actual animation/editing/etc. taking place over two weeks.

Fresh on the heels of an internship, I received a call from a co-worker's buddy looking for help with album artwork. All me, except for the copy.

  • James Surls: A Universe Apart A documentary I edited and co-directed for the University of Oklahoma. This is the next-to-last edit.

  • Arthur King and the Night Sea - Masonic A live video recording - long forgotten - that I had the chance to edit and animate around. The original delivery was deemed "too real". Through editing I’d weaved a narrative that the synthesizer player was slowly losing his mind. Turned out he’d had a breakdown shortly following the performance. This is the final, published version.
